These terms govern use of the public MBKLA website and inquiry process. Separate written terms may apply to enrollment, paid programs, partnerships, and learning services.
Effective August 22, 2026Website content describes MBKLA's mission, approach, and anticipated learning pathways. It does not constitute admission, enrollment, certification, ordination, licensure, pastoral counseling, legal advice, or a contractual commitment.
Submitting an inquiry begins a conversation only. MBKLA may review fit, readiness, capacity, program availability, and other relevant considerations before offering enrollment or a partnership engagement. Program scope, schedule, price, cancellation terms, and learner obligations must be confirmed separately in writing.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use MBKLA content in a misleading manner.
You are responsible for using accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your academy sign-in credentials, and notifying MBKLA if you believe your account access has been compromised. Creating an academy account does not itself provide course enrollment, placement, admission, or authorization.
Unless otherwise stated, MBKLA's names, written content, learning materials, visual identity, and original resources may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or represented as another party's work without written permission.
Website information and service availability may change. MBKLA may correct errors, revise offerings, or suspend access when reasonably necessary. Questions may be sent to contact@mbkleadership.org.
