MBKLA is preparing to identify experienced, teachable, and Kingdom-aligned leaders who can guide adult learners with biblical integrity, sound judgment, and genuine care. If you have a demonstrated record of developing people and are willing to be prepared, assessed, and accountable, we invite you to explore the facilitator pathway.

Who should consider this pathway

We are looking for formation-minded facilitators, not simply confident presenters.

Potential candidates may include pastors, ministry leaders, educators, trainers, coaches, mentors, and experienced adult-learning facilitators. A title alone does not establish readiness; MBKLA considers demonstrated experience, alignment, character, teachability, and current program need.

Grounded in Scripture

You demonstrate responsible biblical interpretation, humility, and respect for the boundaries of an approved curriculum.

Experienced with people

You have meaningful experience teaching, facilitating, mentoring, pastoring, coaching, or developing adult learners.

Skilled in facilitation

You can guide discussion, ask purposeful questions, listen well, give useful feedback, and help learners apply what they study.

Mature and accountable

You welcome preparation, assessment, observation, coaching, and clearly defined authority rather than seeking an independent platform.

Why it is required

Course knowledge does not automatically make someone ready to facilitate.

MBKLA facilitators carry responsibility for Scripture, people, the learning environment, and the integrity of the institution’s formation model. Preparation establishes a common service standard before anyone is entrusted to guide learners through MBKLA Formation Academy.

This is a qualification and authorization process. It is not a general public learning pathway or an automatic appointment to facilitate.

What facilitator readiness must demonstrate.

Steward Scripture responsibly

Facilitators must handle biblical content carefully, teach within the approved curriculum, and recognize questions that require escalation.

Guide adult learning

Preparation includes discussion leadership, clear explanation, purposeful questions, learner engagement, feedback, and appropriate use of learning resources.

Protect the learner experience

Facilitators are expected to maintain dignity, confidentiality, boundaries, accessibility awareness, and a consistent standard of care.

Represent the MBKLA formation model

Facilitation must connect biblical conviction, formed character, practical competence, and Kingdom stewardship.

Demonstrate readiness

Knowledge alone is not sufficient. Candidates must complete required learning, assessment, observation, practice, and review.

Remain accountable

Authorization belongs to MBKLA, applies only to approved courses and contexts, and may require renewal, coaching, or additional preparation.

Pre-registration
Share your current role, experience, course interest, and reason for seeking facilitator preparation.

Application and MBKLA review
When registration opens, pre-registered candidates receive application information. Kim and Ezra review fit, readiness, current need, and the appropriate facilitation context.

Private enrollment
Accepted candidates receive access to the Facilitator Preparation course in MBKLA Formation Academy, delivered through Thinkific.

Learning and assessment
Candidates complete required resources, video instruction, assessments, practice, and feedback.

Authorization decision
MBKLA confirms whether, where, and under what conditions the candidate may facilitate an approved course.

This form is specifically for prospective MBKLA facilitators. It is not the general learner inquiry or an enrollment application. Pre-registration does not guarantee application approval, enrollment, certification, a paid role, assignment, or authorization to facilitate.
