Leadership & accountability

An owner-led institution with clear responsibility.

MBKLA is led directly by Kim Parks in collaboration with Ezra Pryor. This structure keeps mission, service, formation direction, and operational accountability close to the people the institution serves.

Executive and academic leadership

Kim Parks

Kim provides owner-level direction for MBKLA, including mission, formation philosophy, academic and executive judgment, program direction, strategic relationships, and decisions requiring organizational authority.

Church and ministry partnerships

Ezra Pryor

Ezra leads initial engagement with churches and ministries, discovery conversations, partnership follow-up, coordination, and front-line inquiry support. He collaborates with Kim on strategic fit, program design, scope, and formal commitments.

One front door. Clear ownership. Collaborative service.

Kim and Ezra collaborate across all pathways and partnerships. Each inquiry receives a named owner, a defined next action, and an appropriate escalation path.

Accountability is expressed through clear executive responsibility, documented decisions, ethical safeguards, appropriate review, and reliable follow-through.
