Our service commitment

Accessibility Statement

MBKLA is committed to making its public information, inquiry process, communications, and learning experiences accessible to people with differing needs.

Effective August 22, 2026

Our approach

We work to provide clear structure, readable content, keyboard-accessible navigation, descriptive labels, responsive layouts, and reasonable communication support across the MBKLA website and connected services.

Requesting support

The new-learner inquiry form includes an opportunity to request an accessibility accommodation or communication support. You may also email contact@mbkleadership.org and describe the barrier, the page or service involved, and the support that would help.

Third-party services

MBKLA relies on third-party services, including Jotform and Thinkific, the platform through which MBKLA Formation Academy is delivered. Although MBKLA does not control every aspect of those platforms, we will make reasonable efforts to help identify an accessible way to complete an inquiry or participate in an approved learning experience.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We welcome specific feedback and will review reported barriers as part of our service-improvement process.
