This notice explains how Master Builders Kingdom Leadership Academy handles information submitted through its website, inquiry process, communications, and learning services.
Effective August 22, 2026We receive information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, organization or ministry affiliation, leadership role, areas of interest, accessibility requests, and inquiry details. We may also receive routine technical information necessary to operate and secure our website and learning services.
We use information to respond to inquiries, determine an appropriate pathway or partnership next step, communicate about MBKLA services, administer enrollment and learning access, maintain operational records, improve service, and protect the integrity and security of our systems.
MBKLA uses service providers to operate its website, inquiry forms, telephone communications, email, and digital learning environment. MBKLA Formation Academy is delivered through the Thinkific platform. Other providers currently include Jotform and website, email, and telephone-service providers. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to provide these functions or comply with applicable obligations.
Learners create and manage their own MBKLA Formation Academy passwords through Thinkific. MBKLA administrators cannot view, retrieve, or send a learner's password. If access is lost, the learner should use the Forgot Password process on the academy sign-in page to create a new password.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legitimate operational, legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. Do not submit confidential pastoral, medical, legal, abuse, safety, or emergency information through the website or inquiry form.
